Literally 10 years in the making, when we travelled through the Rhone Valley and were inspired by those amazing wines.  A blend of Grenache, syrah, Counoise, and Mouvedre, each of the wines in this blend lends their own distinct flavor to the overall blend.  Dark tannic structure slowly reveals traces of dark fruit, and bacon fat.  This wine is a wonderful pairing with wild game meals.
