We are very excited to be able to be making a blend of this nature, as it allows us through blending, to create what we feel is the best wine of the vintage from our Bordeaux varietals.  This particular vintage is 85% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 6% Cabernet Franc, a true Bordeaux Blend.  Made exclusively from small vineyards which we control from pruning to pouring, Matt Oetinger has long believed that this wine truly is his most “shotgun” style wine, it really pairs well with the most varied foods.  It’s soft and supple enough to go with chicken and pork dishes, yet tannic enough to stand up to beef and heartier pastas.  We are very proud of our newest wine, enjoy!  It will be at its best from 2016 to 2024.
