97% Cinsault, 3% Petit Sirah

It is with great excitement that we release this first ever Cinsault.  These vines have produced wines in the past, however, this is the first vintage where there was enough volume to bottle it on it's own.  This grape variety is best known for its production in the Rhone Valley as well as the Languedoc.  It has terrific light strawberry notes on the pallet and will sure be a pleasant and different addition to any dinner party.  Best 2017-2022.  Unfiltered and Unfined.
